FAQ's
Q: How do I book a Bounce With Me Jumping Castle?

A: To book your jumping castle simply call Chris on 0433 042 488, or go to the contact us page and complete the contact form, where Chris or Victoria will call to confirm your details.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?

A: No, but we really appreciate being notified of any cancellations as soon as you are able to let us know.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Jumping Castles should not be used in very heavy rain. If there are strong winds or severe weather conditions forecast for the day of the hire, we will contact you to see if you still wish to go ahead with the booking. Bounce with Me reserves the right to cancel the booking, as we would never risk anybody's safety.
Q: How is the jumping castle powered?
A: It runs off electricity and we use the power points at your house. We will need a power point to be within 25m of where the jumping castle is to be set up. Should the hire be for an area without power points we can hire you a generator at an additional cost.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Delivery is free within 25km of Parkdale. A fee may apply to suburbs outside this area. Please give us a call to discuss.
Q: Does somebody need to supervise when the jumping castle is being used?
A: Yes. When the jumping castle is delivered, safety instructions will be explained to an adult who agrees to be responsible for the supervision of children jumping on the castle. A copy of the safety instructions will also be left with the responsible adult. Please contact us if you would like to hire a superviser for your event.
Q: Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete?
A: We can set up on grass, pavers or concrete as long as the surface is flat, level and free of any rocks or other sharp objects. Please let us know at the time of your booking if it is any surface other than grass as we may require extra equipment to setup.
Q: Are your castles good quality?
A: Yes we only source our castles from the best manufacturers in the world. There are alot of companies buying cheap knock off castles made by chinese copy wholesalers. The artwork is not as crisp and quite often, the castle will not meet Australian Safety Regulations. We would never put your child's safety at risk.
Q: What is the latest I can book a jumping castle for?

A: Due to overall safety requirements the jumping castles can only be used until dusk unless suitable lighting is available. This means that as a guide and allowing time for dismantling, the times are as follows:
-
From October to March the latest castles are available for is till 8.30pm
-
